A Lucky Snack for Little Leprechauns

We've been out of town for the weekend, hence the lack of a daily post, but I'm very excited to share this one. Of course we had to spread the fun, especially with our family, so we packed our supplies for this particular project and headed to my sister's for the weekend. In fact, this post features my sister's "debut" at one of our fun little projects...and I must say, she did a pretty good job ;)

Pot o' Gold Jello!!

We used apricot flavored jello. It's not as orange as well, orange, and not as yellow as the lemon or pineapple flavor, so it turned out pretty "golden."
The picture above is actually what my sister created. Rainbow sprinkles made the rainbow, and there's a marshmallow cloud.

I made this one, a slightly more simple version but still as cute, I think.
I just topped the gold jello with sprinkles and of course, marshmallow clouds.

Either way...

...the girls had fun playing with AND eating them!
This is something everyone can do with ingredients they probably have around the house already, but it is still so fun for the kids :)

Luck o' the Irish to ya!
